Early Access is for a small group of solo and micro home-service operators who want to use the core workflow with direct support while the product is being hardened for a broader launch.

Bring an invite code

Early Access is intentionally small. Approved operators receive a shared invite code before creating a workspace.

The agreement keeps expectations plain: founder-led support, active hardening, and no broad-launch SLA language yet.

Critical issues go to support@handymansfriend.com . Product friction and ideas should be sent through the signed-in feedback form.

What This Means

Early Access is real use, with honest boundaries.

Access is limited while the request-to-payment workflow is validated with real operators.

Bugs and workflow polish issues may still appear, especially around newer Project-aware paths.

Login, payment, invoice, and customer-link issues should be reported immediately.

Feedback is tracked in a triage queue so repeated friction can shape the launch roadmap.
