Early Access Agreement
This page sets practical expectations for joining Handyman's Friend before broad self-serve launch.
Early Access status
Handyman's Friend is usable for real workflow validation, but it is still being hardened. Features, wording, pricing, and workflows may change before broader launch.
Support model
Support is founder-led during Early Access. Urgent login, account, payment, invoice, or customer-link issues should be sent to support@handymansfriend.com as soon as they are noticed.
Reliability expectations
Early Access does not include a formal SLA. The goal is responsive support, fast triage of serious issues, and transparent handling of known limitations.
Feedback and issue tracking
Early Access participants are expected to report bugs, confusing workflows, and product friction through the in-app feedback path or the support email for urgent cases.
Customer-facing use
Operators should review customer-facing quotes, invoices, payment links, and public pages before relying on them for important customer communication.
Existing policies
The existing Terms and Privacy Policy still apply. This Early Access agreement adds expectations for the limited launch period; it does not replace those policies.
